Raw Material Sourcing

Cedar from Hokkaido, stainless from Niigata, lacquer from Wajima.

Molding & Pressing

Shells formed, lids molded, dividers cut to spec.

Surface Printing & Engraving

UV print, laser-engraved logos, lacquer-finish cure.

Assembly & Quality Check

14 stations, machine vision + human eye at every gate.

Packaging & Dispatch

Heat-sealed, boxed, palletised, scanned out the dock.
