— 01What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by program. Our smallest run is 60 units on the Heritage allocation (Cholan / Tanjore lacquer); the most common starting point is 240 units on the Classic 3-Compartment.
Volume programs scale up to 240,000 units per month across our four finishing lines. Below 60 units we ask partners to consider our sample kit instead — same quality, no production tooling.
— 02Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to partners in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America — currently 18 countries. Lead time is the same fourteen-day cycle; transit adds three to seven days by air or twenty-five by sea.
We handle customs documentation, food-contact certifications (FDA / EU 10/2011), and insurance to the point of arrival as a standard part of every partnership.
— 03How long does the custom branding process take?
Fourteen weeks from signed brief to first shipment. Weeks one and two are discovery and quote; three through ten are tooling, sampling, and approvals; eleven onward is production and packaging.
For partners returning with a repeat program, lead time drops to eight weeks — tooling and color formulas are kept on file and re-mixed against your standing brand reference.
